About the Event
We're thrilled to have Bittersweets back after a very successful pop-up last May! The bar will have a line-up of delicious zero-proof cocktails to sip on as you enjoy a cozy evening lounge at Château Le Sol.
Bittersweets is an educational cocktail pop-up series that focuses on amaro, vermouth, chartreuse, and zero-proof spirits. They aim to change the way you think about cocktails and wellness so that everyone has an option for a drink on a night out. Bittersweets is a safe place to ask questions, get nerdy, and try something new!
