Le Sol Sound Experience

Sound healing is a beautifully potent practice that allows your body to rest on a physical, energetic and cellular level. By fusing meditation with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes your mind + body will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation, melting off any tension or anxiety that may be lingering in your system. Sound baths are an incredible experience of nervous system nourishment + replenishment for everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners of  meditation. This experience will be led by sound practioner, Sean Beiersdorfer. Sean has been teaching yoga in Dallas for seven years and leading sound baths in Dallas for four years. Sean is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, 200-hour certified meditation teacher and a sound healer. Throughout his sound baths he incorporates rhythm-based sound learned from his training as a drummer for over 20 years. Sean is also a sound trainer and will be leading trainings in Dallas starting in 2023.
