Service Description

An Ayurvedic cleanse differs from most cleanses. It is individualized, based on your constitution and current state of balance-imbalance, and it involves decluttering not only the body, but also the mind and lifestyle. Most importantly it includes a pre-cleanse and a post-cleanse rejuvenation, or Rasayana. The 5-Day Ayurvedic Kitchari Cleanse is a gentle and nourishing program designed to support the body's natural detoxification processes and promote overall wellness. This cleanse is based on the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine that focuses on creating balance in the body and mind. During the cleanse, participants will eat a simple and easily digestible dish called kitchari, which is a combination of rice, split mung beans, and spices. The ingredients in kitchari are chosen for their ability to support the digestive system, cleanse the body of impurities, and provide the body with essential nutrients. This Spring Cleanse is suitable for individuals of all levels, including those new to Ayurveda and cleansing. The program is designed to be gentle, yet effective, and is an ideal way to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle. By the end of the cleanse, participants can expect to feel lighter, more energized, and better equipped to make healthy choices in their everyday lives. Spring is normally the best time for a cleanse in the US, bringing fresh renewed energy to thrive in the Spring and Summer seasons. The objective should be to have balanced, regular, nutritious, easy to digest foods, kindle Agni (the digestive fire) with spices and be mindful to rejuvenating gently honoring your body-mind, because a cleanse is inherently catabolic and therefore might be depleting for some.
