Our yoga shala is tucked away behind the main house. As you enter you'll be welcomed by the warm smell of nag champa. Make yourself a cup of tea and get cozy. Our classes are accessible to all and are here to bring you comfort and peace. We collaborate with healers across the country to continue giving you new resources on your healing journey.
Sol Ritual: Morning Tarot
In our Morning Tarot class, we use the tools of tarot to gain a deeper understanding of the messages and lessons we go through in life. This class will begin with a meditation practice or gentle breath work, transitioning to a card pull, and end with journaling and discussion. Bring your favorite journal and come be in community with us.
Sol Ritual: Morning Astrology
In our Morning Astrology class, we use the tools of astrology to reawaken the parts of ourselves that are oftentimes hidden, and continuously work to integrate our inner and outer world. This class will begin with a meditative practice, then move into a discussion about the astrology of the week, and end with journaling and reflection. Bring your favorite journal and come be in community with us.
Sol Yoga: Hatha & Sound
Hatha is a form of yoga incorporating breath and movement. This practice is intended to wake up the body with slow-paced movements that focus on opening, flowing, and restoring. Throughout class you will connect your breath with your body to help improve your physical and mental flexibility. Allow yourself to disconnect from everything external to reconnect with all that is happening within. During savasana, the teacher will guide you through a sound bath to refresh the mind and calm the body.
Sol Yoga: Yin & Myofascial Release
Yin yoga is a slower-paced style with longer held stretches to target the deeper layers of the body like the joints, tendons, ligaments, connective tissues, fascia, and intrinsic muscles to improve their overall health. Combined with guided self-myofascial release techniques, this meditative class helps to improve mobility + flexibility, decrease pain + muscle soreness, release stress + tension in muscles to increase blood flow, improves body awareness, and increases lymphatic flow.
Sol Yoga: Embodied Movement
This class is designed to open the body with ease and comfort, leaving you feeling energized and light in the body. This class will focus on elements from vinyasa and hatha yoga, with moments to flow and moments to hold different postures. During this practice, it is important to establish your mind, body and breath connection by staying present, feeling where you may be stuck, and moving through those areas with softness and strength. Class will end with optional gentle massage during savasana.
Sol Restore: Breathwork & Sound Healing
Sound healing combined with breathwork is a calming practice that aims to turn on your parasympathetic nervous system, taking you out of your fight and flight response, into the rest and digest response. You will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation through the power of breath and sound. Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments may be used to help you reach a state of deep relaxation.
Sol Restore: Crystal Bowl Healing
Sound healing is a beautifully potent practice that allows your body to rest on a physical, energetic and cellular level. This practice focuses on calming your central nervous system, taking you out of your fight and flight response, into the rest and digest response. Your mind and body will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation through the power of sound. Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments may be used to melt off any tension or anxiety that may be lingering in your system.

Sink into deep relaxation as gentle yoga poses, supported by props, melt away tension and promote profound physical and mental rejuvenation. Each session incorporates the healing touch of Reiki, amplifying your sense of inner peace and balance. Whether you seek relief from stress or a moment of profound self-care, join us in this sanctuary of serenity to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Sol Burn: Mat Pilates
Our signature Mat Pilates class is designed with a focus on core stability and full body connection to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Building strength and stability is a good way to help prevent injury and improve muscle coordination. This 45-minute class will leave you feeling toned and energized.
