Sol Yoga: Gentle Yoga & Sound

Gentle yoga is intended to wake up the body with slow-paced movements that focus on seated and supported postures. Throughout class you will connect your breath with your body to help improve your physical and mental flexibility. With gentle movement, you are allowing yourself to disconnect from everything external to reconnect with all that is happening within. During savasana, the teacher will guide you through a relaxing sound bath to end the practice with peace. 

Sol Rituals: Morning Tarot

In Sol Rituals, we use the tools of astrology and tarot to reawaken the parts of ourselves that are oftentimes hidden, and continuously work to integrate our inner and outer world. This class will begin with a meditative practice, and end with journaling and discussion. Bring your favorite journal and come be in community with us. 

Sol Sound: Crystal Bowl Healing

Sol Sound is a beautifully potent practice that allows your body to rest on a physical, energetic and cellular level. Your mind and body will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation through the power of sound. Crystal sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other healing instruments may be used to melt off any tension or anxiety that may be lingering in your system.

Sol Meditate: Midday Meditation

Enjoy a midday reset with Sol Meditate. You can expect a variety of meditation styles and modalities offered including mindfulness, breathwork, affirmations, metta meditation and more. 

Sol Somatics: Movement & Breath

Through gentle exercises, breathwork, and mindful awareness, somatic movement helps you release tension, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body's natural rhythms. It's not just about physical exercise; it's about becoming more aware of your body's signals and learning how to move in ways that feel good and supportive. These sessions cater to all levels, offering a nurturing space for self-discovery and renewal. 

Sol Restore: Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Sink into deep relaxation as gentle yoga poses, supported by props, melt away tension and promote profound physical and mental rejuvenation. Each session incorporates the healing touch of Reiki, amplifying your sense of inner peace and balance. Whether you seek relief from stress or a moment of profound self-care, join us in this sanctuary of serenity to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
