About the Event
As we approach the winter season we shift our gaze inward. By now most of us have heard of “light” and “shadow,” but often we hear of these two things being separate or opposite- one good and the other bad. In this transformational day retreat we will focus on how our shadow and light complement each other like a mirror. Your shadow AND light create the masterpiece that is YOU. How can you learn to accept and integrate your shadow?
Join facilitators Kayla Strong Taylor, Katie Tull Harris and Emily Ortiz in a day full of meditation, reflection, ceremony, and community. This retreat will include a nourishing lunch with gluten free and vegan options available upon request. For an additional cost, IV's from Natural Infusions Partners will be offered between 10:00-12:00PM.
