About the Event
During this eclipse season and Fall Equinox, it is an important time to come back to yourself, cleanse, and restore. Rituals like this help us remember what is most important to us, how we can care for ourselves within community, and how to provide support through transitions in life.
We will begin with an herbal tea and conversation, gentle movement with Elle in the bamboo forest, ending with an ethereal sound bath by Lauren.
This is a time to reoder and organize, "undo-ing" instead of "doing". Set yourself up to receive all of the abundance that is to come, with open hands. We look forward to serving you!
