Join Le Sol and ALO for a special International Yoga Day + Summer Solstice celebration — an immersive morning of movement, wellness, and community, all poolside.
We’ll begin the day with a guided practice of 108 traditional Sun Salutations, a powerful moving meditation that honors the transition into summer and invites strength, clarity, intention, and renewal. Rooted in ancient tradition, the collective practice of 108 Sun Salutations symbolizes transformation, discipline, and new beginnings.
Following the practice, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a curated wellness experience featuring cold plunges, fresh juices, nourishing light bites, and additional recovery and community activations designed to help you recharge and reconnect.
