Le Femme: Movement & Recovery for Women (non-member invite)

Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, self-care & recovery. The morning will start with intentional movement lead by Taylor Welch of eve by taylor. This movement is an empowering full body workout with bursts of hormone friendly cardio + slow & controlled cortisol lowering toning. A workout to keep you guessing, elevate your mood, and reduce your stressors. After class get centered in Le Château's ice bath and warm up after by the pool with Ouipothecary's warm seaweed muscle recovery oil. Oui will walk each woman through a recovery protocol that will speed up muscle growth while simultaneously breaking up fascia tissue to aid in the overall development of hormonal balance. 

About Taylor Welch:

Over the last decade, Taylor has built her personal brand styled towards empowering women. She grew passionate about focusing solely on women's health & wellness when she started hosting her first women only group fitness classes in 2015. This opened the door for what eve by taylor would one day become. Her approach to achieving results is fashioned by intentional focus on both mental and physical well-being. Mental, then physical. She believes that everything starts in the mind.
