Manifestation Magic : Vision Boards, Meditation & Sound

You are a powerful creator and you are able to manifest the life you always dreamed of. During this workshop, Mona will share tools and techniques on how to use the law of attraction to create and manifest what you desire most in your life.

You will reflect on your goals for the new year and work on a vision board that will embody the life you wish to design. We will end with a guided meditation on manifesting and sound healing to help bring your vision into reality.

Mona is a yoga teacher and sound healer that has been studying and practicing manifestation intensively in the last few years. She is passionate about supporting others to create space in their lives for self-healing, empowerment, and manifestation of their dreams.

Magazines, posters, scissors and glue will be provided. Please feel free to also bring your own magazines, quote books, print images, or anything you can pull pictures or words from as well!
