Natural Wine Tasting

Come enjoy a natural wine tasting experience with Liz Mears, owner of The Holly, a retail bottle shop and wine bar in Fort Worth. Liz will guide each guest through three different natural wine tastings. Light bar snacks will be provided. 

About The Holly:

The Holly celebrates small batch natural wines and the renegades and rebels who make them.  Natural Wines are crafted according to sustainable, organic and often biodynamic practices. The vineyards are treated like a living ecosystem and the grapes are always hand-harvested. In the cellar, wines are nurtured to their full potential using native yeasts and no additives other than minimal amounts of sulfur. In short, natural wine is just wine, no more and no less, made in the ancestral way by real people. It is also a rising counterculture led by independent small business winemakers, importers and wine shops that stand in solidarity against the over-commercialization of wine.
