Stretch, strengthen, and soak it all in. Join us for a morning of mindful movement with Poolside Pilates at Le Sol. We'll flow through a class by the water, followed by cold, ice towels to cool down, fresh juices to refuel, and plenty of pool-time to relax and connect.
