Relax & Renew

This blissful restorative yoga will help boost both your serenity and your immunity this holiday season. Enjoy 2 hours of delicious self-care beginning with gentle, warming movement followed by 5 or 6 fully supported restorative postures all accompanied by the soothing music of DJ Gracen. We then ease to a close with an extended savasana accompanied by the healing magical sounds of handpan, crystal bowls and a guided meditation filled with peace and gratitude. If desired, during your session you will receive a gentle foot or hand rub with comforting oils to help you drop deeper into relaxation.

Enhanced by candlelight, soft incense, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and more, Relax & Renew Yoga is intentionally designed to encourage physical release and mental tranquility. Delicious homemade rooibos chai and community to follow.
