Rest & Create Day Retreat

The intention of this day is for you to create space in your life for creativity to flow in. By removing traditional structure and allowing yourself to be the guide, you give yourself the permission to reconnect with your innate ability to create. This self-guided day retreat will have several optional activations that you may participate in otherwise the day is yours to explore and find inspiration at Château Le Sol. Find inspiration through self-guided writing, painting, meditating, reading, movement and swimming. There are optional opportunities to add-on private healings such as Intuitive Water Floats, Tarot Readings, Massage, and Integrated Energy Work.
