Rhythmic Breathwork with Ramez

In Rhythmic Breathwork you draw the breath into the body through controlled, focused diaphragmatic breathing. By changing your natural breathing patterns you can allow yourself to move into a deeper state of consciousness and may even find deep relaxaion. People often participate in breathwork to improve their overall mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Rhythmic Breathwork will be lead by DJ Ramez. After class gather and enjoy a refreshing juice from Tribal All Day Cafe. This class wil be offered outside on the Le Sol lawn. Please bring a yoga mat.
