Sacred Womb Ceremony

During this ceremony, participants will be guided through a series of rituals and practices that focus on healing and connecting with the womb space. The ceremony will involve intention setting, visualization, movement, breathing and sound to help participants release any emotional or physical blocks stored in the womb, and to awaken their innate feminine power. Through this ceremony, participants will experience connecting with the wisdom of their womb and tapping into their creative potential.

This session is open to all women, regardless of age or experience level, who are interested in exploring the sacred feminine and the power of the womb.

In a shamanic ceremonial setting and sacred space, this is an opportunity for you individually and for us collectively to activate and feed the feminine energy healing work. This journey is guided by tantric yogini Douchka Lecot and medicine woman Lourdes Holos (Lula).

About the Dragon Shakti Breath

A variation of holotropic breathing, the powerful Dragon Shakti Breathing (as taught by Jade and her teachers at Fountain of Life) is our gateway and direct access to the wisdom of the ancestral Womb - which holds our own deep personal and collective memories and wounds, our ancestral lineage and patterns, as well as our direct connection to Shakti, the Divine Feminine.

Come to yourself with an open heart and mind, and the willingness to dive into your inner feminine sacredness attuning to the natural rhythms of Mamma Earth and the moon's energy. We'll be celebrating in this ceremony December's waxing crescent moon.

A session with Lula includes different modalities of energy healing depending on the individual needs at the time. The intention is to create harmony in the self for healing to happen. Healing can come in physical, emotional or spiritual form. Reiki, crystals, aromatherapy, sounds, traditional native healing are some of the techniques used in Lula's unique potion. Whether you're taking her magic as a one-on-one session or in a group setting, the best way to describe this experience: a soul massage.

Anything to create a comfy nest for yourself, to support and hold you in your ceremony.

- comfy flowy clothing (nothing that constricts the belly)

- water bottle

- notepad or paper, and pen handy in case you wanna write down an intention

- meaningful objects or stones to to add to the group altar
