Starting our days with intention can take practice. With the added distractions of the modern world it can sometimes feel impossible to be present. Sol Mornings is here to be a guide for you - so you can start your day with a little more presence, gentle movement and community. Yoga & Sound will incorporate gentle movement, sound healing, card pulling and reflection to wake up the body, steady the mind, and also find the intention inbetween. You're allowing yourself to disconnect from everything else going on externally, and reconnect to all that is happening within.
