About Yoga & Sound
Yoga & Sound will incorporate gentle movement, sound healing, card pulling and reflection to wake up the body, steady the mind, and also find the intention inbetween. You're allowing yourself to disconnect from everything else going on externally, and reconnect to all that is happening within.
