Vision Board & Soundbath Manifestation Workshop

You are a powerful creator and you are able to manifest the life you always dreamed of. During this workshop, Mona will share tools and techniques on how to use the law of attraction to create and manifest what you desire most in your life.

You will reflect on your goals for the new year and work on a vision board that will embody the life you wish to design. Mona will guide you through a manifestation meditation with a sound bath to help bring your vision into reality.

Magazines, posters, scissors and glue will be provided. Please feel free to also bring your own magazines, quote books, print images, or anything you can pull pictures or words from as well.
