Sound healing is a beautifully potent practice that allows your body to rest on a physical, energetic and cellular level. This practice focuses on calming your central nervous system, taking you out of your fight and flight response, into the rest and digest response. Your mind and body will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation through the power of breath and sound. Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments may be used to melt off any tension or anxiety that may be lingering in your system.
